Welcome! This is my online art shop where you can buy my art in forms of prints, originals, and other merchandise that will be coming soon. But before you browse the products and make your purchase, please carefully read through the shop policies.


PROCESSING TIME

Unless it’s a non-working holiday, orders are shipped every Saturday, so rest-assured that orders made Sunday to Friday will be shipped on Saturday.

Orders made on Saturday will count for the shipment of the following week.

PACKAGING

As of now, all the items on my shop are shipped flat in rigid mailers. Each item is sealed in a protective plastic sleeve and comes with a handwritten thank you note and instructions on print care. 

Each order is prepared and packaged with care.

SHIPPING

I ship worldwide.

Domestic orders within the Philippines will take 1-3 days, while estimated delivery time for international orders will take 1-2 weeks. However, it will still vary depending on the destination country and its customs.

Domestic orders are shipped via Philpost

International orders are shipped via Philpost Airmal.

PAYMENT

As of now, customers can only pay through PayPal, but customers who usually pay with their credit card can still pay through PayPal easily. Click pay now, and scroll until you see the option to pay with your credit or debit card without signing up for a PayPal account.

TRACKING

As of now, tracking is not yet available. I’m working on this to better your customer experience.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final, and currently, refunds and exchanges are not yet possible, so please purchase seriously.

DAMAGE

If an item(s) has been damaged in transit, I will send you a new one with no additional charges. Just email me the following details and your item(s) will be shipped as soon as possible:

Only valid within 30 days.

All information provided in orders will only be used for shipping and contacting you in case of any issues regarding your order. I value your privacy so please shop with caution and always make sure your details are secured.
